1、招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：
昆明市公安消防支队购置消防设备项目,将引进消防设备、材料和服务。全部货款在该贷款下支付。邀请在奥地利注册并运行的有关制造厂商或贸易公司参与上述项目的投标。该贷款项下合同包的供货需与一个成功的奥地利供应商或承包商签订一个合同。贷款项下任何当地或第三国的供货和服务应由该奥地利供应商或承包商对买方负责。货物主要来源于奥地利。贷款下奥地利供货和服务至少50%，当地和第三国供货不得超过50%。投标商应在投标时递交金额不少于投标总价2%的投标保函。
2、招标文件售价：人民币6000元或950美元
3、购买招标文件时间：自2012 年1月20日开始至2012年2月13日止，每天上午九点至十一点，下午二点至四点（星期六、日和节假日除外）

CMC International Tendering Co. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding and traditional bidding. The tender notice was released on www.chinabidding.com on Jan.20,2012

1.Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data:
Public Security Fire Services Division of Kunming (Hereinafter referred to as “End-user”) will receive a loan in accordance with the Loan Agreement between Ministry of Finance of P.R. China and the Government of Austria for Kunming Fire-fighting Equipment Project. CMC International Tendering Corporation entrusted by Public Security Fire Services Division of Kunming now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of equipment and services specified hereinafter for the above mentioned project.The payment for the purchases shall be made under the Loan.We hereby invite: The Manufacturers or Companies registered and operated in Austria to participate in the Bid. Supply of the goods and services financed under Mixed Credit shall be tendered and contracted as one Contract with a successful Austria Supplier/Contractor. Any local or third countries supplies and services to be financed under Mixed Credit shall be included in this tendering whether in this Contract or in supplies or sub-contracts, with the Austria Supplier/Contractor being responsible towards the Buyer. The main source for the goods is from Austria. Supply of the goods and services financed under Mixed Credit should be of at least 50% Austria origin in the supply Contract. Deliveries from third countries and deliveries local sources can be equivalent to Max 50%.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of strictly not less than 2% (two percent) of total bid price.
