波兰政府贷款伊宁市供热有限公司热电联产配套管网建设项目
In accordance with the Sino-Poland Financial Co-operation Agreement for The Central Heating Networks Project Formed by Co-Generation Power Plant Under Financing From Polish Soft Loan Yining City Heating Co. Ltd., CMC International Tendering Corp. is authorized to purchase, by way of Limited Competitive Bidding, the Equipment, Materials and Service for the above mentioned project (details as per list below). The payment for the purchases shall be made under the Soft Loan.
根据中波财政合作协议伊宁市供热有限公司波兰贷款协议下关于伊宁市热电联产配套管网建设项目，中机国际招标公司授权使用上述贷款，以有限竞争性招标方式采购上述项目所需设备，材料和服务（详见清单）。全部货款在该贷款下支付。
We hereby invite: The Manufacturers or Companies registered and operated in Poland to participate in the Bid. Supply of the goods and services financed under the Soft Loan shall be tendered and contracted as one Contract with a successful Polish Supplier/Contractor. Any local or third countries supplies and services to be financed under the Soft Loan shall be included in this tender whether in this Contract or in supplies or sub-contracts, with the Polish Supplier/Contractor being responsible towards the Buyer. The main source for the goods is from Poland. Supply of the goods and services financed under the Soft Loan should be of at least 60% Poland origin in the supply Contract. Deliveries from third countries and local sources can be equivalent to Max 40%.
欢迎在波兰注册并运行的有关制造厂商或贸易公司参与上述项目的投标。该贷款项下合同包的供货需与一个成功的波兰供应商或承包商签订一个合同。贷款项下任何当地或第三国的供货和服务应由该波兰供应商或承包商对买方负责。货物主要来源于波兰。贷款下波兰供货和服务至少60%，当地和第三国供货不得超过40%。
All of above mentioned Manufacturers and/or Companies are kindly requested to contact us for obtaining Bid Documents between 9:00am to 11:00am, 2:00pm to 4:00pm from January 20, 2012(except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) in Room 707, Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan Zhonglu, Fengtai District, Beijing, China upon non-refundable payment USD960.-or RMB6000.-.
所有上述提到的合格制造厂商或贸易公司请于2012 年1月20日上午九点至十一点，下午二点至四点（星期六、日和节假日除外）到中国北京丰台区西三环中路90号通用技术大厦707洽购招标文件。价格：人民币6000或960美元。招标文件售出后恕不退换。
